Please read this No Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before registering or making any payments for our events or services.
1. No Cancellations
Once registration or payment is completed for participation in any Lokmat Maha Games event, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All registrations are final, and no changes or transfers will be permitted after confirmation.
2. No Refunds
All fees paid towards registration, participation, or related services are non-refundable, whether in full or in part.
Refunds will not be issued due to:

Event non-participation or withdrawal by the participant

Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances

Dissatisfaction with event experience

Event rescheduling, delays, or minor changes in venue or format
In case of event cancellation by PDAAA due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, force majeure events), we may, at our sole discretion, offer rescheduling options or credits toward a future event.
3. No Returns or Exchanges
Since our services relate to event participation and are non-tangible, time-bound, and personalized, there is no scope for return or exchange once payment has been made and registration is confirmed.
4. Force Majeure
Lokmat Maha Games shall not be held liable for any delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government orders, internet outages, strikes, or pandemics.
5. Participant Responsibility
By registering for Lokmat Maha Games, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree that you will not be entitled to claim any refund, return, or cancellation once the payment has been processed.
